Who you're seeing
Pick the appointment from your day, or type the details for a consult that isn't booked. They go into the note and any letters, and are cleared when you sign out.
Record the consult
ReadyStart at the beginning of the consult; 60–90 minute appointments are fine. It saves to this computer as you go, so closing the browser won't lose it.
Check the transcript
Review and correct the transcript if needed — edits are saved to its file as you type — then continue to generate your documents. Speaker labels are best-effort.
Notes, letters and programs
Everything here draws on the current consult's transcript. A letter can also be typed straight onto the letterhead without a recording.

Saved recordings
Newest first. Transcribe each one when you're ready — hours later is fine. Once the notes are in Cliniko, mark the appointment complete: its recording and transcript are deleted then. Anything not marked complete is cleared 14 days after the consult.
Patient feedback
Exercises your patients most recently rated too hard or too easy, from the last 14 days. Only their latest rating counts — anything they've since re-rated drops off. Click a patient to load them into the tool.
Home programs
Give a patient their own login to see their program with videos and tick off each exercise. Choose the patient first. Their name and details stay in Cliniko — the portal stores only the link.
Staff passwords
Reset a colleague's password if they're locked out. You'll confirm with your own password, and they'll be asked to choose a new one when they next sign in. Nobody's password can be read back — a reset issues a one-time password shown to you once.
Consults are recorded only with the client's consent. Recordings and transcripts stay on this computer until the appointment is marked complete, then both are deleted — never longer than 14 days. Generated notes and letters must be reviewed by the treating clinician before use.
